Returns & Refunds Policy
At Living Home Furnitures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in unused, resalable condition
Return Process
Customers may choose to:
- Arrange their own return shipping, or
- Request collection via our logistics partner
Returned items are inspected at our Cape Town warehouse before a refund or exchange is approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the item has passed quality inspection
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order (“Make Me”) products are non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically for the customer.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Sale Items
Discounted or sale items may be returned or exchanged only if received in good condition.
Delivery Insurance
Please note that an insurance fee may be required for certain orders. This fee ensures that your item is fully protected against any damage or loss during transit.
If an applicable insurance fee is not paid, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with dispatching your order. The order will remain on hold until full payment, including any required insurance fee, has been received.
